Rubber jog-bottoms, based on our latex medical scrubs trousers but a lighter guage and with elasticated bottoms. Seemed like a good idea - bottom half of a tracksuit. Used to signify some kind of physical activity, but now more a leisure garment. Ah well. Wear them at home watching the match! No photo yet - think scrubs bottoms with gently elasticated ankles.
