EU - Tracked (DDP, taxes & duties prepaid)
We prepay import taxes & duties (including VAT). You pay one all-in price, no fees on delivery. -
EU - Standard (recipient pays import taxes & duties) Lower upfront shipping cost. Your local courier will collect VAT, taxes & duties on delivery.

Customers outside the UK: We also offer DDP shipping to select countries* (including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, and Norway). Where DDP is not available, your local courier may collect taxes and duties on delivery.
A note on customs We’re unable to under-declare parcel contents or values. Duties and taxes (unless prepaid via DDP in the EU) remain the responsibility of the customer.
*Not all countries are eligible for DDP. Availability depends on local import rules.
